On the strength of some excellent results in debate events, student congress, and individual/duo events, MHS Speech and Debate received the 3rd Place Team Sweepstakes award at the Mesa High School Carry-On Classic (Behind Dobson High School (2nd) and Desert Vista High School (1st)) Congratulations to every member of the team, and particularly those who brought home hardware. Very nice job, everybody!
